These templates look great, are they really free?
Yes! You can download the templates for free if you should so desire. However, a small donation would be greatly appreciated to cover the costs of maintaining the website, and keeping the templates in tip-top shape.

Can I use the templates for commercial campaigns?
Absolutely! You can use and re-use the emails as many times as you like for both personal and commercial campaigns, as long as you respect our Terms & Conditions, and do not use our emails for unethical purposes.

Can I re-distribute or re-sell your templates?
Both of these are strictly prohibited. You can't re-distribute the templates as stock, as part of a tool, or with source files, either as a single template, or bundled with others. You can't re-distribute the templates as-they-are or with superficial modifications, regardless if the re-distribution is for free or for profit. Our templates are Copyright protected, and we'll know them when we see them at inappropriate places.

Do I need to know how to code to customize the templates?
We made it as easy as possible for you to edit the templates by including lots of comments and by structuring the code well. But since HTML emails are delicate little beings, we recommend the updates to be done by someone who has at least a basic understanding of HTML.

I'm not much of a coder - can you help me customize one of the templates?
We regret to tell you that at the moment we do not offer extensive customization options. If it's a new color scheme you're after than we can help, but for more complex edits there is an endless supply of talented professionals over at Fiverr or PeoplePerHour who can help you get on track quickly.

Is there a buyout price for your emails?
Yes there is. The buyout price for one template is $600, which gives you the status of being the last person on Earth to download the template. After payment has been received, we take down the template within 24 hours and perform a 5 minute silent ritual to say goodbye to it.

I'm using an email marketing software (EMS) to send out my campaigns. Will these templates work with that software?
Our templates will work with any EMS that allows importing custom code.

There are stock images included in many of the templates. Am I allowed to use them in my campaign?
These images are intended for presentational purposes only. If you'd like to use them in your campaign, you'll need to purchase the image or a subscription plan offered by the stock website they have been sourced from. In most cases this stock website is Depositphotos, and you'll find links to every image on each of our individual template pages.

How can I download the templates?
Downloading is simple! Select the design you like from our Templates page, click the Download Template button and follow the instructions on the appearing screen.

Do I get a layered design file with my download?
Yes! You can choose to download the Photoshop file for every single one of our templates

If I decide to pay for a template, how can I do that?
You can simply select the design you like from our Templates page, click the Download Template button, followed by the I want this! button. Then you can name a price you think fair for the value you receive. You'll have the option of paying with either your card, or with PayPal.
