Licensing
Our templates are offered in good faith to marketers, designers, bloggers or anybody who has
an established mailing list of existing or potential customers or readers and followers.
Permitted uses
You may download, customize and build upon the templates for personal or commercial purposes. You may import
them to your email marketing software or email client of your own choosing. You are allowed to create as
many copies as you please and reuse the templates in repeated campaigns. The campaigns you send based
on our templates must comply with the requirements of the
CAN-SPAM Act.
Prohibited uses
You are not allowed to use the templates for presenting false or misleading information.
You can't re-distribute the templates as stock, as part of a tool, or with source files, either
as a single template, or bundled with others. You can't re-distribute the templates as-they-are or
with superficial modifications, regardless if the re-distribution is for free or for profit.
